Bar Cocoa, in the Ritz-Carlton uptown, is offering new sweets this summer.
Included are Carolina Blue macarons made with chocolate crunch cookies and a chocolate ganache filling, and milkshakes including cookies and cream, banana caramel, chocolate raspberry and hazelnut double chocolate.
Handcrafted eclairs are also new; flavors include caramel, s’mores, pistachio with fresh strawberries and traditional. Bar Cocoa is known for its house-made gelato, which comes in flavors including tiramisu and coconut.
